¿Que  es el feminismo? es un movimiento social cuyas características principales son: solidaridad, percepción específica de la realidad, ruptura y capacidad de producir. La solidaridad está dirigida a promover o impedir cambios sociales. La percepción de la realidad cuestiona las ideas normativas y reglas sociales que suponen desventaja para las mujeres.  E l feminismo es toda  una cultura de un conjunto de mujeres que han cuestionado, debatido y cambiado el entorno  para que sus derechos e intereses sean reconocidos. Las cuatro olas feministas Una forma tradicional que ha contribuido a visibilizar los procesos de la lucha de las mujeres, es la ubicación de cuatro olas históricas.
